Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TechTalentRank ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TechTalentRank provides a platform for employers and recruiters ("Users") to send skills assessments to job applicants. Applicants complete assessments via unique, time-limited links and do not require an account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. We offer paid plans billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. Pack credits do not expire. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics
• Send unsolicited assessments to individuals without a legitimate hiring relationship
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the question pool
• Share, resell, or transfer your account or quiz credits to third parties
• Circumvent any anti-cheat or rate-limiting mechanisms

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from applicants before sending them an assessment. You agree to use assessment results only for lawful hiring purposes and in accordance with applicable employment laws in your jurisdiction.

The question pool, software, and all content on the Service are owned by TechTalentRank and protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal hiring purposes. You retain ownership of any custom questions you create.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Assessment results are one data point and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechTalentRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
